Tell us what you are running, for how long, and whether there is a socket anywhere. That is enough for us to tell you which size covers it, including when the cheaper one is plenty. We would rather talk you down a size than take a return on a nine kilogram box.

How fast we answer

Email is usually answered within a few hours and always within one working day. The phone is answered at any hour, including weekends. If nobody picks up, leave a number and we call back the same day.

A battery that is behaving badly

If a battery gets hot enough that you would not hold it, swells, smells, or will not stop charging, stop using it immediately. Take it off charge, put it somewhere that is not on carpet or near anything that burns, and call us rather than emailing. We will arrange collection and a replacement. Do not put a swollen battery in a bin or in normal post.

Wholesale and trade

For more than thirty units at a time, email rather than using the checkout. We can quote properly, split a delivery across two drops, and hold a size mix so you are not guessing every month.

Visiting

The Manteca address is a warehouse rather than a shop, so there is nothing on a shelf to look at. If you want to see a power station before buying one, call us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the trip.
