We ship to all fifty states from Manteca, California. Anything with a lithium battery travels by ground, which is a carrier rule rather than ours.
Why almost everything goes by ground
Lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods in transit. Carriers will not put them on a passenger aircraft as ordinary freight, so every power bank, power station and battery kit in our range moves by road.
That means no overnight or two day air option on those items, however much you are willing to pay. Cables, wall chargers, car chargers and solar panels have no battery in them, so those can move by air and get to you faster.
When your order leaves us
Orders placed before 2pm pacific on a working day are packed and go out the same day. Anything later goes the next morning, and weekend orders leave on Monday. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made, which can be a few hours before the carrier first scans it.
How long it takes
- Cables, chargers and small accessories: two to four working days
- Power banks up to 200 grams: two to five working days by ground
- Larger power banks and kits: three to six working days by ground
- Power stations and solar panels: four to eight working days by ground
Ground times depend on how far you are from California. The west coast is usually two or three days, the east coast five to eight. These are the carrier's times, not a promise we control.

Addresses we cannot ship batteries to
Carriers will not take lithium batteries to some destinations by ground. That means we cannot send any battery product to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or any other address that can only be reached by air or sea. We can still send you cables, chargers and solar panels. If you order a battery to one of those addresses we will contact you and refund rather than shipping it and hoping.
PO boxes are fine for small items but not for power stations, which are too large for most boxes and need a signature.
International
We do not ship outside the United States. Lithium battery export paperwork is more than a business our size can carry. If you are elsewhere and want the cables or panels, email us and we will tell you what it would cost.
Kits that arrive in more than one box
The station and panel kits ship as two cartons. They usually travel together but they can be split across trucks and land a day apart. If one arrives and the second has not turned up within three working days, tell us and we will chase it.
Check the box before you sign
If a carton is crushed, torn or soaked, write damaged on the delivery note before you sign and take a photo. A damaged lithium battery is a safety matter, not just a cosmetic one, so do not charge anything that arrives in a crushed box. Call us instead.
If a parcel goes missing
If tracking has not moved for five working days, tell us. We open a claim and send a replacement without waiting for the claim to finish.
Changing an address
Free if the order has not shipped. Once the label exists the carrier charges a redirection fee and that gets passed on. Tell us as soon as you spot the mistake.
